Rhys Daniels trust Golf Challenge. Samantha will be performing the song Marbella, Marbella 
at the RhysDaniels trust celebrity golf challenge, this is being held at La Cala Hotel and Golf resort. The Golf event runs from the 5th until the 8th of June. Samantha will be performing on 6th June at Club La Costa evening event. Rhys Daniels Trust web site

A delighted Samantha Mairs has received an official personal letter of thanks dated 18th Feb from non-other than the New Mayoress of Marbella, Angeles Munoz. Read her letter.
Dario poli is interviewed on Spanish TV station San Pedro TV Localia on the 19th March to discuss the song and the initiative.

The Spanish newspaper Mijas Semenal N260: 29 February to 6 March 2008, published an article on Dario Poli and David Mairs Campaign.
Onda Cero Fm 101.6 broadcasts a programme on Dario, his life and his campaign for the Costa del Sol and Marbella on the Leah Dunne Show on Thursday 28 February 2008.
Dario Poli on the 21 February 2008 received a personal letter of thanks from the head of the Marbella Tourist Board, for his work on promoting the town.
Women in Business Spain, have publicized Dario’s campaign on their February 2008 Newsletter on the WIB Spain website

David Mairs appears on “Mijas International TV” on the 29th of February. Interviewed by Karen McMahon on his career as a professional musician and arranging and producing the song “ Marbella, Marbella ”
Another supporter of the initiative to promote the area is Eric Holzhauer of Radio Sun FM. wrote. "Hi Dario, Let's make your song the official song of Marbella!"
And Colette Hall presenter of Coastline Radio Fm recently wrote; "I think it's one of those songs that holidaymakers will remember like Viva Espana. I look forward to the album,"

The popular Spanish newspaper ‘La Gaceta’ November 26, 2007 published an article on Dario and the song.
"The Costa Del Sol Golf Weekly" is to publish a second article to support Dario and David’s work.
"CSN Costa Del Sol Nachrichten" 31 January 2008. The popular German newspaper has published a story about the song and the campaign.
A new glamorous Danish magazine for Denmark is to publish article on what Dario and David are doing to help Marbella and the Costa del Sol.
Italian National Press Agency taking up the story. Date of article release yet to be confirmed.
Dario has had interest from some prestigious 
magazines on his fight for Marbella good reputation.
More radio Stations are playing the song "Marbella, Marbella," with more artists playing it live making the song popular. Even in Pamplona, they have heard the song and it has now reached Germany.
"MARBELLA, MARBELLA," has even been played in Thailand and has featured in live shows sung by Alan de Ward in Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein and Spain.
Dario has twice appeared on ‘News and Views’ on Mijas International TV interviewed by Karen McMahon, and three times on the Brenda Padilla Radio program at Onda Cero FM Marbella and was interviewed with REM FM ‘s Mary Harboe.
